There is no question that the 10-story Tides Hotel on Ocean Drive is one of the brightest stars in a town that shines with many phenomenal hotels. Prior to it?s debut in 1997, The Tides Hotel underwent extensive renovations One of the Beautiful Rooms at The Tides Hotel since it?s original opening in 1936. The hotel has been the tallest and most beautiful Art Deco Style hotel to grace South Beach. The original 115 rooms were knocked down in order to create 45 spacious and luxury filled rooms and suites. Reducing the number of guests that the hotel can accommodate has only added to the allure and prestige of The Tides.

Fantastic Living at the Tides

The Deluxe Oceanfront rooms offer a beautiful ocean view. A telescope has been added to each room to aid in people watching or for scanning the water for manatees and other glorious ocean creatures. The rooms are comfortably furnished with either one king-size or two queen-size beds. Cable television, VCR and a stereo system with a CD player provide in-room entertainment. Located on the front terrace of the hotel this restaurant offers informal dining in a relaxed environment. Visitors can observe the action taking place on Ocean Drive.
